Note: accepting this agreement is a requirement to access the Mulligan’s facility, website, or use any of the services provided on or through the website.
User Requirements
Mulligan’s is a social entertainment venue offering golf simulators, pickleball, games, food, drinks, and event services. By accessing the Mulligan’s facility, website, or related services, all users acknowledge and agree that they are engaging with Mulligan’s for lawful recreational purposes only. Any misuse of the facility, services, or website — including but not limited to disorderly conduct, property damage, unauthorized resale of reservations, or violation of local alcohol consumption laws — may result in removal from the premises, suspension of access, or other actions at Mulligan’s sole discretion.
Mulligan’s reserves the right to deny access to the facility, website, or services to any individual at its discretion.
Reservations & Cancellations
Reservation changes and cancellations can be made up until 24 hours prior to the reservation start time to receive a refund. On the day of your reservation, you have until 10 minutes after the reservation start time to arrive and check in before your bay or court may be released to another party.
Liability
Participation in physical activities at Mulligan’s carries inherent risk. By using our facilities, guests accept responsibility for their own safety and agree to follow all posted rules and staff instructions.
